This morning Brent, Jake, and John left Base Camp by jeep to Zhangmu. They will spend the night there and arrive in Kathmandu tomorrow. We will miss them. The did a great job.

Terry and Mike returned to Base Camp today, safe and sound. Maybe tomorrow we can get them to write a story about their summit climb. Also, Mike shot a lot of digital photos, so we hope to get those up on the website.

Today Dave, Andy, Jason, and Tap climbed back to the North Col for what will hopefully be their last night there. Tomorrow they go to Camp 5.

Also tomorrow, Panuru and the Sherpas will pull down Camp 4, leaving only one emergency tent. The next day (after the summit team leaves Camp 5) the Sherpas will pull down Camp 5.

So far so good!
